Data Collection and Management System

    The Arundo Surveying and Monitoring Protocol developed for the TAdN Arundo Eradication Program is based upon the Weed Information Management System (WIMS). The TAdN Data Collection Protocol and the Weed Information Management System (WIMS) application provide a standard way to describe an Arundo donax infestation and document it with photos, record descriptions of eradication treatments, and do follow-up monitoring in subsequent years. It is based on the North American Weed Management Association's international weed mapping standard.
